the UK's first
Hyrox youngstars club.
Every major kids' sport has three things — seasons, age groups, and standards. This is Hyrox YoungStars - functional fitness with the same structure, your child already knows from every other sport they play. Built on sports club values; fun, belonging, accountability, fair play, and progress.
why parents choose this
Not A Kids' Class.
A Sport.
Six race prep sessions. One performance day finale - parents invited. Under 10s, Under 12s, Under 14s. One payment. One block. Real progression.

What Makes This Different?
Kids train every week with their coach, preparing for a judged performance day at the end of the block. Sit it alongside football. gymnastics. rugby to improve their ability.
It's not just about the fastest runner winning every time. Multiple movements mean different kids get to shine - the strongest kid, the most technical kid, the most consistent kid. Everyone has something to chase.
Results that mean something
Timed, standardised, and comparable across every block. Your child's progress is visible - to them and to you.
Season-long rankings. Points for placing. One bad week doesn't kill your season - your best 10 of 15 performances count.
Quality coaching, every week
Qualified staff. Structured warm-ups, skill development, proper movement standards - age-appropriate, never watered down.

A race to aim for. Together
Performance day is the block finale. But for kids who are ready to go further, there can be a real Hyrox YoungStars race to aim for. They train here together and when race day comes, they go as one.
Team relays, finishers, social energy. Kids want to come back. That's the test.

Quick Questions
BEFORE YOU SIGN UP.
Yes - that's most kids who start. U10s in particular is a foundation stage. Coaches teach movement quality first, competition second. Kids with no prior fitness background are the default, not the exception.
My child hasn't done this kind of training. Is that okay?
Things happen, the odd, missed week doesn't hurt their progress - kids can have bad days, holidays, or illness without losing the progression.
What if my child misses a week?
No heavy weights work for young kids. Movements and loads are calibrated per age band. Coaches supervise every rep, full DBS-checked team, qualified first aid on site.
Is it safe? What about heavy lifting?
